Tropical Weather Outlook: At 3:00am Hurricane Earl was centered about 50mls east northeast of St. Martin with max winds of 105mph and moving to the west-northwest at 15mph. At 3:00am Hurricane Danielle was centered about 440mls south of Cape Race Newfoundland with maximum winds of 75mph and moving to the northeast at 17 mph. A low pressure system located midway between the west coast of Africa and the Lesser Antilles has a high chance of becoming a tropical depression during the next day or two.
