Everytime American Airlines launches a sale to Belize, we feel obliged to mention that it’s not as good as the now legendary sale of fall ’08, when seats were going for as little as $154 round-trip with taxes. Who knows when/if we’ll see fares like that again. But we do know that Belize tends to be one of the priciest spots to fly into in all of Central America, and American Airlines frequently offers some of the most affordable fares to Belize City.
Their latest sale to BZE is good for winter travel, Mondays through Thursdays, from January 1 through March 31. Tickets require a Saturday night stay, and allow a max stay of 120 days. All fares must be booked by 11:59pm CT, December 22.
