Tropical Weather Outlook: At 3:00am Tropical Storm Otto was centered near 23.6 N 68.2 W or about 235 miles northeast of Grand Turk Island, moving North at 2 mph with maximum sustained winds of 60 mph. Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the north Atlantic, the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico during the next 48hrs.

Tropical Weather Outlook: A well defined low pressure system centered about 140 miles north of San Juan Puerto Rico is producing a large area of cloudiness and thunderstorms. Upper level winds are becoming more conducive for development, and the system could become a tropical or sub-tropical depression during the next day or so.

An area of disturbed weather, associated with two tropical waves, have become a little more concentrated  about 850 miles east of the Leeward Islands, there is  a medium chance of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. Elsewhere in the Atlantic basin tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the next two days.
