Tropical Weather Outlook: Tropical Storm Shari formed during the night and at 6:00am local time Shari was centered near Lat 29.3N and Long 65.7W, moving toward the northwest near 18mph with Maximum winds of 40mph. A Strong Tropical Wave located about 360mils of the southern Windward Islands has become much better organized this morning. This Wave now has a high chance of 80% of becoming a tropical cyclone over the next 48hrs as it moves west-northwestward at 15 to 20mph. during the next couple of days). Elsewhere in the Atlantic basin tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the next 48hrs.
