Star Wars party tonight with Gino and the Shackshakers tonight on Ambergris Caye
Tonight is the culmination of the UNC Wilmington student trip this year, and in recognition we are throwing the best Star Wars party that Ambergris Caye has ever seen. There will be loads of great prizes for those who dress up as their favorite Star Wars character.
Of course, Gino and the Shackshakers will be rocking the joint with their Live Music. Spaghettie Bolognese and our tasty Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce will be the food specials this evening… We will be showing all 3 of the original Star Wars movies on the big screen, starting at 5:30 today.

Prince Harry Congratulates Pedro on his Citizenship of Belize
Well look who turned up at the “Peter is Belizean, Lets Drink in Celebration” party last night at Pedro’s Sports Bar. Prince Harry himself, fresh off his arrival in our beautiful country of Belize.
It seems he had a wonderful time as some of these photos will attest, partaking in Pizza, having a few shots of Jagermiester and even entertaining the crowd by playing a special tribute to Robbie and Helda’s nuptials on the bagpipes (who knew!).
He had a glowing speach about how wonderful Pedro is, although it’s rumored that someone overheard him saying on the way out ‘Thank God we finally got rid of that asshole!”

San Pedro Lobsterfest 2012 Dates Announced
The organizing committee of San Pedro Lobsterfest is pleased to announce the official dates of the 2012 San Pedro Lobsterfest. Festivities will begin on Friday June 15th, 2012 and culminate with the traditional Lobsterfest Block Party on Saturday June 23rd, 2012. With 9 days of celebrations of all things Lobster, the 2012 San Pedro Lobsterfest is the longest and largest Lobsterfest yet! Stay tuned for more announcements of specific events and locations leading up to June.

Lobster Lunacy! A Great Night at Pedro’s
Last night Pedro’s hosted a huge lobsterfest party and it was a great success. There were many locals and many visitors to the island, and they all had one thing in common and that was that they were all enjoying themselves.
Gino who played with Drummer Dan, Derek, Doug and Santiago and led the party by playing all the old rock favourites. He collared Cindy and said we must do this more often. Cindy and Carrie who both worked behind the bar were both knackered but showed some enthusiasm for bringing Gino back, and maybe making it a bi-monthly event.
