Resorts and Bars Using Public Beaches

Everyday it appears that various bars, restaurants and resorts are using the public beaches for their own personal gain by placing tables, chairs, sun loungers on the sand. They also do not allow non-customers to use these but they are on public land and therefore should be allowed to be used by anyone.

If there is 66 feet of beach that is owned by the general public-then this law should be enforced by the town board and the police, and the law should be clearly stated on what is and what is not allowed.
