San Pedro Sun – The 2010 Miss San Pedro pageant is set for September 4th, under the theme: “Enchanting and Magical – Our Belizean Barrier Reef”. Showcasing magic and enchantment are the six young beauties vying for the title of Miss San Pedro 2010-2011. Genny Rhaburn, Lila Gonzalez, Mishelby Leiva, Ivy Alamilla, Gelie Nuñez and Natasha Stuart have commenced their training, which will include visits to Mexico, as well as various parts of the country, and outings around town. Don’t forget to plan for the pageant, which will take place at the Old Football Field starting at 8:00 p.m. There will be lots of food and drinks on sale, and entertainment will include a group dance by the girls, plus the highly anticipated costume competition, swimsuit, evening wear and question and answer session. You can’t afford to miss this prestigious event. (Adults pay $10).
